Stir it Up Sundays

A family that eats and prays together stays together. Friends that eat together fill their bellies and stimulate their minds. Friends that play together live longer. Seriously, the louder they laugh, the harder they play, the more endorphins they release, and the healthier they are. Join me and like minded African spirits on the first Sunday of every month for physical activity, spectatorship and lunch at my house. All free spirits are welcome.

When: Sunday, 8 November 2009 @ 2pm
Where: My House (email me for directions)
Menu
(November 8, 2009):

  • Appetizer: Mini football match in my backyard, or the park down the road
  • Main Course: Food!

Bring something to share (food, drinks, music, good vibes, cash offering, etc). Food will be served on a first come first serve basis. When it runs out it runs out. ‘Family hold back’ will only take us so far. The more people contribute, the more we will have to partake in.

Master Chef Competition
Every month someone will win the Master Chef Prize for the most creative culinary dish. If you are sharing something edible with the group you are automatically eligible to win. Actually, only if you made the dish yourself, not if it was purchased at Imperial, Sailor’s Choice, or the gas station.
