Perfectly formed by the word of the Creator
Honour it and know that you honour yourself
Violate it and know that you offend the one who gives you life
To know me is to know yourself
To love me is to love yourself
My body is my temple
I pledge to nourish it with spiritual food
I pledge to pamper it with a tender touch
I pledge to share it with worthy companions
I plan to honour it with inner peace
My body is my temple
No less delicate and no less luminous
than the petals of a sunflower
No less powerful and no less essential
than the waters of the ocean
I give thanks for the Goddess that inhabits me
I bow to the divinity that I am.
